- Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
- The software license (e.g., antivirus, cybersecurity suite) has not been activated, registered, or downloaded.
- The printer or hardware product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid invoice or proof of payment.
- You received a defective or damaged item, which must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Once a software license key is activated or a printer has been opened or used, the item becomes non-refundable.
- Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The software has already been activated or installed.
- The printer or accessory shows physical damage, signs of usage, or tampering.
- Issues arise from third-party conflicts, driver errors, or user negligence.
- The product was purchased from another reseller or marketplace.
- The request is made after 7 days of purchase or delivery.

- Our verification team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. - Replacement Policy (Hardware Only)
If a printer or accessory arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost once the original item is returned and verified.
